  • We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your order in real time.

  • Please ensure you provide the correct address and active phone number at checkout. Orders with incomplete/incorrect details may get delayed or returned.

At Guilt Free, we make and pack fresh, homemade, consumable snacks with the highest hygiene standards. To ensure food safety for all our customers:

  • Opened or Used Products:
    Once opened, our products cannot be repackaged or resold due to hygiene challenges. Hence, exchanges or refunds on opened or used items are not possible.

  • Unopened & Unused Products:
    In exceptional cases, if the product is unopened and unused, and you raise a request within 48 hours of delivery, we may issue store credits worth the value of the product (excluding shipping charges).

  • Damaged, Wrong, or Expired Products:
    If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and clear images.
    Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credits for your next order.

  • Refunds:
    In rare cases where refunds are approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
